General TOS

- I will not take clients younger than 18. By purchasing art from me you agree that you are 18+- Heavily referencing or tracing my work is not allowed.- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason and am not obligated to provide a reason.- I reserve the right to drop any commissioners who make me uncomfortable. At that point a refund can be discussed.- If you do not want your commission posted or you want to remain anonymous you must tell me beforehand. There may be a small fee for not posting.- I reserve the right to charge extra on top of any base price due to any extra complexity. (Character design, pose, theme, ect.)- I reserve the right to interpret your character in my style. This may include slightly altering colors or shapes in the design. I will not make your character unrecognizable.

Payment & Turnaround

- Payment is due up-front. I will not begin working on your commission before you pay me.- If you cannot pay for your commission within 48 hours I reserve the right to give your slot to someone else.- Payment will always be through Paypal.- I will only entirely refund your commission if I have not started. If I have started your commission I will only refund up to half the original amount.- If your commission is finished or nearly finished I will not refund you.- You will receive whatever files there are to be shared at the time of the refund. If applicable.- My turnaround time is around a month, for larger more detailed commissions or if my queue is particularly full it can be up to 3 months.- I work on my queue in the order I receive them.

Work Process

- I will send you a sketch of your commission before completing it.- At the time you receive the sketch, please point out any changes that you would like made.- If you want extra progress shots of your commission you must request them, otherwise I will only provide one or two in the sketch stage.- I will alter a commission up to 2 times.- If the change needed is something you forgot in a reference or otherwise your mistake I reserve the right to charge extra past the first 2 changes.- If there is a change that needs to be made and it is my fault there will never be a charge.- If you request a change on the final product there may be a small fee.

Rights

- My work is NEVER to be used as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or used to train AI under ANY circumstances.- As the commissioner you reserve the right to alter your commission for icons or things of that nature. You do not have the right to alter the actual work, such as recoloring it or erasing my signature/watermark.- You cannot sell the work as prints or other products. You may create prints or other products for personal use.- You may re-upload the work to various sites as long as you upload the work with the watermark and credit me as the artist.- If you are interested in purchasing art to be used for your own promotional purposes (livestream banners, youtube icons/banners, flyers, etc.) we can discuss that privately.- As the artist I reserve the rights to post, distribute, reproduce, copy, etc., your commission for promotion. Which includes prints to be sold at conventions and things of that nature.- I do not usually accept work with a deadline. If you are wanting something with a specific deadline that can be discussed with a rush fee.
